If we’ve done our homework and a selection still doesn’t look or fit exactly right, we will reorder or trade it for something else; if that still isn't perfect, we will provide a refund of your purchase price. By combining seven decades of West Texas expertise with this signature in-home trial, we take the fear out of furnishing and ensure your selection looks, fits, and feels exactly as you imagined, right in the heart of your own home.
How It Works
1. The Room Tune-Up We start with a free, 30-minute in-home consultation to "fluff your stuff" and sketch a plan that fits your life. If you need more time, we offer a full hour for just $35.
2. The Perfect Plan Using our notes and sketches, we help you discover the "just right" look for your space. We combine our local expertise with your personal style to take the guesswork out of furnishing.
3. Try Before You Buy Experience your furniture at home before committing. If it doesn't look or fit right, we’ll reorder or trade it. If you're still not satisfied, we’ll refund your money (less the delivery fee).
