Andrews grew with Abilene and multiple stores were continually added until the largest was added in 1977 where we are today. Mac’s son Dick joined the business shortly thereafter where he picked up on the skills he had built as a delivery and service hand growing up. Mac continued to be active in the business until 2002 when Dick purchased the business and presides today as president.
Happy People! Mac would only add an employee when there was enough work to do. As you can see business has grown and so we grow one happy person at a time. When we make customers happy we’re happy and that makes for great business. We’re always looking for quality people with the skills it takes to build new business. If you have experience or skills in homefurnishings apply with us. Just contact us at rea@andrewsfurniture.net.
What do we believe at Andrews? The values of Andrews Furniture aren’t all that profound. They are not really things that we have to think about on a daily basis, because they are who we are and they permeate every core of what we do everyday since 1955. So excuse us if we don’t stand on the roof top shouting our bargains, or play soft music in the back ground while we tell you how our customers love us. We just don’t think that treating people honestly and fairly, while giving them a good price should be such a big deal, honestly we think honesty should, but for the sake of pleasing our marketing team we will go ahead and list out the “Andrew’s Family Values” just in case you were wondering what we at Andrews are all about.
When it comes to home we believe it starts with family. The way we live at home centers around it’s people- and even some four legged friends too! Making houses homes is what we do best because we are family. Each employee works like a member responsible for the improvement of life through better home furnishings and family name you can trust.
